Well Jesus Christ, this "Jew" gone radically paradoxical, says that you can 'do unto him", by doing unto "the least of his'....so what would you classify as "the least of his"...?

We are all God's children, obedient or not. We are all bothers and sisters of the Lord!

Jesus says to love our neighbours, that's ALL people we have contact with, even if they are our enemies! Even on Y.A.!

What is "radically paradoxical" about thinking and acting with compassion AND forgiveness toward others? If everybody would DO it, we would/could have peace on earth.

It's the science fans and, yes, some who claim to be "religeous" that find it to difficult, "unrealistic", "illogical" etc. to follow the "narrow path". And I believe even the sincerest "followers" will slip once in a while. But the principle is valid and you can prove it to yourself.

Why not make the experiment and try it for yourself. Then judge by your "scientific" results!

As someone else put it: Love IS THE answer - whatever the question.

Each Christian is, by virtue of sharing communion, part of the body of Christ (family). It doesn't matter how "great" or how "lowly" an individual is; everybody matters, everybody has their place, just like in our own bodies each cell, each tissue, each organ system, has its place.

If somebody comes along, and deliberately drops a brick on your little toe, YOU will feel the pain. It doesn't matter that it's "just your little toe"; your whole body reacts to the pain! Someone has done YOU harm. Likewise, if someone knows you are stiff and sore, and gives you a massage, YOU feel the relief. It doesn't matter that it is "just your shoulder", your whole body relaxes, and YOU are glad of the gift of massage.

Ok, so, each Christian is part of Jesus Christ, no matter how small. The smallest child, the most developmentally retarded individual, the humble woman with 5 kids, the businessman, the scientist, the pope, all these people can be a part of Christ.

How you treat any of these people, who believe in Christ, is how you wish to treat Christ. If you, because the person in front of you is a Christian, speak kindly, offer water, or clothing, or food, or medicine, GOD NOTICES. You have really, by extension, shown your kindness and goodness to God. If you, because the person before you is a Christian, speak abusively, strike physically, deny food/water/comfort, and bring sickness, etc. GOD NOTICES. You have, by extension, treated God cruelly.

Do you think this is strange? Don't we take offenses against our loved ones personally? At that moment, it doesn't matter if one is a Christian, Jew, Muslim, Wiccan, whatever. When somebody does something REALLY NICE for our spouse, child, brother, sister, whatever, we are glad. When somebody DELIBERATELY HARMS someone we love, we take it personally! Especially if the good or ill was done to them, because of the relationship they have with us, this is true.

Hope this helps.

Those who are least adamant about faith. He wants you to be nice to everyone and not just to those in the faith.

He is GOD.
We are his. All of us.
The least of us is the least of his.

GOD bless ya
