Try listening to music in the morning and at night. In the morning listen to upbeat, happy music, at night listen to more slow beat music to help you fall asleep. If you are a person who likes to sleep in a little more, take a shower at night, it feels great and you don't have to deal with blowdrying hair and all of that stuff. If you don't mind gettting up a half hour earlier take one in the morning, it will wake you up a lot more. If you live with someone make sure you tell them to force you to wake up. Also in the morning keep your alarm on the other side of the room, so you can't just hit snooze. Keep a sign next to your bed saying wake up, or you'll be late for work and you won't get your money. Keep it in a place that you know you'll look, and then you'll wake up, look at it and feel that it's worth it. A good place is by your alarm.
Good luck and I hope you can wake up.

Go talk to a doc, I guess something's bothering you and maybe you don't even know why.
It can't go on like this and you know it, do something about it and now !
Another idea would be to set another alarm clock but not near your bed, in the living room or something but make sure you can still hear it so it'll bother you and you have to get up to turn it off and then you might not want to go back to sleep once you left your bed ! Or ask someone, a family member maybe, to give you a phone call until you got up and are ready to go to work !
Good luck !

You might want to consider sleeping pills. If you're going to bed early and it's still not helping, you probably need a little help getting to sleep easier and faster than you normally would.
If you don't want to try that, set up your alarm clock so that it's much farther away from your bed so you actually have to get up and walk to turn it off. I have an alarm clock that gets louder the longer you go without turning it off, so you'll want to get up and shut it off lol. You could try that as well. Good luck!

What I do in order to get up every workday is put my cell phone in my bathroom, since it has a really annoying alarm in it, I set it to 07:35 and it doesn't stop until I push 2 buttons.
When it triggers the alarm, I wake up, then go to the bathroom to turn it off and voila!! I am awake, ready to take a bath and go to work.
It might work for you.

buy several loud alarm clocks. put them in places harder to reach. not beside your bed, maybe across the room or by the window. have like ten alarms and set them all at the same time so you'd have no choice but to wake up and turn them all off. by then, you'd be awake.

Maybe you need somebody to help you, by throwing a bucket of water on you when it's time to get up. You could automate this, you know.....put a bucket of water on a board above your water, then put a mechanical alarm clock on the plank with it, one that vibrates a lot and will cause the bucket to fall down. Only tie it up with a string so it doesn't bonk you on the head.
Not trying to be a smartass, I think this could actually work.

set up more then one alarm clock in various parts of the room so you have to get up and turn all of them off and by the time you walk around and turn each one off you will be awake. The farther you spread them and the mroe you have to walk the longer u will be awake. Hope that helps!

Well I leave some curtains open so the morning light wakes me up slowly rather than an alarm clock. try waking up at the same time every day, your body might get used to it and give you less aggro,
