I feel so sorry for you.
Love is not a single thing. There is love of a mother for a child. The love of a father for a child. The child's love for each parent. The love of brother for sister and vice versa. The love of lovers, husband and wife. Even friend and friend.
People can be head over heels in love with each other and still have love for others.
Until you can understand there are many differing degrees of love you can never know true love yourself.
Try loosening up and trying to understand people and appreciate people and above all else try and understand your own feelings.
There is a lot of love and warmth out there if you will just relax and allow yourself to find it!!!

Because love is a chemical response that ensures the continued existence of the human race, when the chemical reaction dies naturally or is stopped through an act of consciousness then you have to either live with your choice and not be alone or take another chance on chemistry with someone else. Anyone who falls in love once has either lived long enough or lives in denial that the real reason you haven't found someone better is because you believe there is nobody better.

Hormones play a big part in falling in love. It's not weird, you're young, enjoy yourself. The right guy will come along some day, and you'll only want to be with him. If the right guy never shows up, so what. Just be careful, don't get hurt.

It's not weird at all. Love is not a permanent thing. We find it, we lose it, it flows like leaves in the wind, and we may think it is forever, but it rarely is so. It embraces us and we fly above cloud 9, but that is just the sweet illusion and the lie we get addicted to. When love is unique and forever, it is a miracle, and good fortune for you. But when we fall in love several times we just show that we evolve, we let our souls free, we let our hearts take wings and we show that we like the thrill of the chace, the heat and the passion. It is normal and beautiful.

Because people are constantly changing and growing. It's not "weird" to fall in love more than once, it's perfectly natural.

Physiologically we are "designed" by nature to stay in love for 1 year only. The chemical reactions in our bodies, that we understand to be love, fade after a year. This period is meant to be long enough for reproduction to take place, and in the animalistic sense of the reproduction, any failed or dead infants to have been passed, and a "successful" pregnancy resulting in a child occuring. Saying this, I don't believe that love is chemical, and I have fallen in love with my wife many times over our relationship.

I think you fall in love only once, the truly, deeply, madly, that could last forever or not, but it happens only one time.
You can also love other people and have other relationships and all can be great or not, but you 'fall' only one time.
