If you punch another man in the face, you ARE punching God. Will the other man turn his other cheek? Doubtful. Sometimes when God is busy, he sends human assistants. You never know who that might be. Be careful.

You can't punch God in the face, cause He does not at this time, have one. How stupid to limit such an omniscient being to the shape you yourself wear, and to think that you can in any way make a major change in His existence.
Fact is, all the unbelievers do the rough equivalent everyday, with every such ignorant outburst, and He already did what He was going to do--sent His Son to save you.
If you would open your eyes and see what He offers you, and just let go of your own ego enough to ask. If you cling to yourself, eventually that's all that you'll have. But God will DO no more than to try to teach you the error of your ways. God does not retaliate for idiotic defiance, and never has.
Final word: He promised to leave the weeds in with the crops, and not to harvest either before their time. Thing is, the weeds get discarded when their time comes, and the crops get saved. Never think of yourself as a weed before?

I just don't quite understand what you have to gain from asking that question? You must have known that about half the Christians on here are going to take that offensively.
What is it with Atheists always challenging God, to me that means that they worry that they might be wrong. They have to keep on insulting Him just so that He will stay away or something. I can't quite understand it really.
As everyone else has said, you effectively have just punched God in the face. I know your question is just trying to be funny, and thankfully I can understand your, slightly odd, sense of humour; others will not be able to. Perhaps you should respect that.
For you God does not exist. That much is clear. Therefore I must ask you, why do you have to keep on asking questions about him.
And why on earth do you complain when we Christians try and convert you or preach or whatever when you are so so busy insulting us. You can't have everything your way I'm afraid!!

If you are His child (born of God), He would let you try, but then He disciplines. I tried that before.
Sometimes God just doesn't seem to make sense & one doesn't want to accept what He is revealing. So, even visioning yourself slapping God results in God disciplining & getting more into what one doesn't want to accept or submit to at the time.
I don't know of anyone who has seen a vision of Father God so it would be hard to vision self to punch. But visions of the Son of God happen, and one can vision trying to punch Jesus. God will discipline though. The Holy Spirit speaks within. The only vision of that is anointed flames over peoples head. One can't vision punching that either.

If you punched him in the face why would he turn the other cheek? To give you three shots?? I mean a punch to his nose isn't enough??

He already has.
Every times you deny Him you are smacking Him in the face and every time he still let's you have a choice to believe in Him. Every time you sin it breaks His heart

when the Temple and Roman guards came to arrest Jesus in the garden, they were thrown onto their backs when they asked which one of them was Jesus, and he said, "I AM." Those two little words literally sent them to the ground. How could you punch God, when you , yourself who be laying on the ground, just by being in His presence.

have you been struck by lightening for your unwarranted asertion??? then I guess He did. If I were God you would not be standing on two feet after such a question but thats just me and giving me a lightning bolt in my finger would mean lots a little piles of dust around.

If you saw God face to face, you wouldn't want to try and punch him...but you'd be embarassed that you would even think of such a question and probably beg forgiveness.
Of course he might just say "DUDE! LIKE WTF?" and shave a bald patch off your head like on JACKASS..
