To be honest mate, unless you are at an absolute peak of your training, i.e. been training with a personal fitness instructor for a year of so, you really don't need supplementation. Most suppliments just make your poohs more expensive! Eat protein, lots of it, lift to failure every time, mix compound with isolation exercises, and shock your body by varying the number of reps you're doing. I.e. spend 4-6 weeks lifting to fail after 6-8 reps, then chop to failing at 15-20reps, change your routine and work backwards etc. If you must supplement, creatine and a proteine shake is all you really need. To much of either can lead to liver damage too! Good luck.
