flirt intensly for a day then back off and make them chase u can do that one over and over , also say things that will hurt there feelings how bad and how often depends on the person (what u can get away with before ruining it ) basically anything that will keep the person chasing u ....

a tease is pretty much a girl who plays around with guys and kinda acts a little hard to get, but acts like she's into them to get them to really like her, or to really get them wanting her, but they won't follow up cause they do that with a bunch of guys. Does that make sense?

This question is stupid don't tease anyone just like you don't want to be tease you can really hurt their feelings o.k and you can get your self hurt because they can get mad get a gun and shoot you and you don't want that to happen.
