Diet can help aid with growth although it is fairly dependent on genetics. I read an article recently on Dutch people being the tallest people in the worls & the argument is based on their diet. To avoid stunting growth, stay away from cigarettes, drugs, drinking, &weightlifting

Your height will be determined by multiple factors, such as nutrition and genetics. Having poor nutrition (each your veggies like your mom says!) can actually stunt your growth, as can things such as smoking or drinking at an early age.

However, the main determinant of your ultimate height will be genetics. If either of your parents are tall, or maybe your grandparents, there is a chance that you will also be.

Either way, whether you or tall or not, please learn to appreciate yourself for exactly what you are. I know that kind of sounds cheesy and the typical "adult" kind of saying, but it really is true. One of the reasons people end up being so unhappy is because they have this dream of being something other than what they are. Once you realize and accept that certain things cannot be changed (such as genetic factors), you will realize that height, weight, and all those other labels we humans like to apply to ourselves and others really don't matter.

Always eat healthy, drink plenty of milk! I have always loved milk, now I am old, but I did grow to be six feet and three inches tall. But, accept who you grow up to be. Don't let size dictate. Ok? Eveyone I know is shorter than me, how do you think that makes me feel? Sometimes it's like I'm Andre the Giant or something. The good part of it all is; everyone looks up to me! lol

Eat and drink what is put before you. Do Not waste food and take only what you will eat. Don't ever say "I don't like that". Say I Don't really care for that. Eat it anyway if it is what you have It is probably good for you. The biggest problem is that what is good for you often does not taste the best. The better it tastes, the less you will probably get from it. Stay outdoors doing active things as much as you can. Eat healthy and exercise works..

get at least 8hrs of sleep(required amount), Don't drink coffee(stunts ur growth), and whatever else. There really isn't a way to make urself grow. I think the main way is to get the 8hrs of sleep. Being Active might help too.

You are not going to be able to change how tall you grow. That is defined in your DNA. Accept yourself for who you are and move on with life.
