checkers or napa auto parts stores. Walmart will have it in the auto section too.
Sometimes local car dealerships have a parts store too.

If it's new enough the dealer has them. Certain "generic" strips like door seals can be gotten by the foot or in rolls at paint and body supply stores. If the car is old enough and a classic, check out the car clubs that apply to your car: somebody somewhere is remaking ALL the stuff for classic cars!
