They stay up too late at night...make sure they go to bed at a reasonable time.
Start getting them up early...give them chores so they don't doze in the afternoon...they go to bed early.
If all else fails give them the ole kick out of the nest...at 18 and 22 they should be able to take care of themselves.

Your son has the genuine comparable dozing behavior that my daughter did at his age. She is 5 hrs previous now, and nevertheless sleeps 12 hours a night. She demands it. She not takes a sleep, yet she does relax at kindergarten. i might merely be happy which you have a sensible, happy, healthful son and merely tell those persons which you have researched it (hehe) and his dozing behavior are appropriate for his age! solid success

Teens have hormones that make them need more sleep than adults. Your 22 yr old is probably just staying up really late....

Because they are out spending all their energy trying to hook up with hot woman. They prob hang out at the nudy bar and walk the dancers to their cars for favors. Thats what i did when i was that age... so i am sure that is what they are doing.

My brother does that, but its because he goes to bed about 4am.TRY to make them go to bed earlier and keep them away from caffeine at evenings.Be loud in the mornings to wake them up.(my parents and my dog do that continuously then i would have to eventually give in and get up)
Also a big surprise works well.like we have visitors, or just run in and start raiding their rooms.

They are lazy.
Get their A** out of bed and put them to work or make them get a job.
the only people that should be sleeping at that time are 3rd shifters and out of work losers.

Because u let them....... If they're living in ur home they live by ur rules. And if u want them up when ur up, gettem up. 'Don't know what they're doing that may be causing them to sleep so much, but if they can't hang they shouldn't try.
