My boyfriend is in a prison and he keeps getting staph infections and he says alot of guys has them thats in the same prison and thats really dangerous

It is an 8th Amendment issue, inmates cannot legally be forced to live in an environment that is unfit for human habitation .
The ACLU is usually very willing to take up the fight to force Correctional facilities to maintain basic standards of sanitation.
You might also contact regional media... allowing this threat to human health and safety to go unchecked is a terrible waste of taxpayer's money... it costs a great deal more to treat these infections than it would to clean the facility properly and the failure to address to problem exposes the State to litigation that can cost taxpayers millions in legal fees and settlement payouts... It's an election year, always a fruitful time to get the attention of politicians focused on taxpayers concerns.

I would look online first, then Id contact your local police department and theyd know who you should talk to.
Sounds like it IS dirty if they are all getting it.
