Do you get a lot fo migraines or headaches? You might need to see a doctor. If you are in severe pain have Mom take you to the ER.

A good, regular yoga practice will go far in relieving the stress and tension that sometimes cause mild back pain, and in fact, studies have shown that yoga is the number one most effective exercise for relieving back pain. However, not all yoga poses relieve back pain, and some can in fact aggravate existing pain, so it is important to know which poses will be most helpful in relieving back pain.

PALM TREE: Stand with feet facing forward, arms at your sides, weight distributed evenly on both feet. Raise both arms over your head, interlock your fingers, and turn your hands so that your palms are facing upward. Next, place your palms on your head and turn your head so that you are looking slightly upward. Stretch your arms upwards, and at the same time, come up onto your toes if you can do so without pain. Stretch your entire body upward and hold, if you can. Some people have difficulty balancing during this pose, so just do the stretching parts if you need to.

Sleep on a hard bed and avoid carrying heavy stuff. Swimming will do your back and neck very good because it´ll strengthen your muscles. Stretching exercises are also extremely helpful. A very good exercise to alleviate the pain is: sit down on the floor with your legs closed and straight in front of you. Bend over and try touching your toes, then very, very slowly start going backwards to a lying position. But always maintain your arms extended as if not wanting to separate them from your feet. You will feel your your vertebrae really stretching as then slowly separate themselves. You can do it a couple of times. You´ll really feel alleviated, but remember the movement must be extremely slow for it to work. When I do it my body trembles and sometimes I even sweat!

What sort of pillow do you use, and do you sleep comfortably? You spend 8 hours on your pillow so make sure you're using a good one, it can give you a crick in the neck otherwise. And do you use a heavy shoulder bag over one shoulder, or a rucksack over both?
Try wrapping a hot water bottle in a towel and lying on your back with it under your neck for half an hour, make sure you;re comfortable and try to relax. And check your posture through the day.
If that doesn't sort it out soon, go to see your g.p.

At 11 years old, my low back pain was due to a then-called slipped disc (now a bulging, protruding or herniated intervertebral disc). I got it because I was superwoman at age 9 and lifted my father (170 lbs) off the floor about 3/4 inch, using my back instead of my legs.

I suggest you ask your parent to take you to the doctor for a checkup. Even at early ages, bones and muscles can be hurting for more than just temporary reasons.

it may be that your bra is too tight or does not fit right. Women with large breasts usually experience these pains because of their bras or their breasts are just too heavy for their body. try to find a bra that fits perfectly and comfortably and make sure it's not too tight
