Well, at least they left you with a wireless laptop. You're lucky you're not sleeping with the fishes. Since you're able to type your message, why not use your hands to take the gag out of your mouth and untie your feet? Then, start walking. If you have wi-fi reception, it shouldn't be too far to the nearest asylum.
