I don't think we have something against you, if I'm allowed to speak in the name of all Jews.

Despite the fact that the land of Israel was occupied by the Assyrian empire in the 7th and 8th centuries b.c.e, I believe that we have lots in common with the Assyrian people (and not only the Aramaic language), as two of the few ancient nations of our area that were left. I like to think that we have this fraternity of fate, that the both of us are here while the Jebusite are gone, and so do the Amalekites, the Philistines, the Hittites, the Amorites, the Girgashites, Arvadites, the Arkites, the Zemarites etc etc...

Besides, I always loved John Yossarian.
