DOE: A McDonalds near me has a "drive thru customers parking only" sign. Idiots.

Anywho, it means IF you have a dog at the time- you have to pick it up and go down the escalator. You do not need a dog to get onto the escalator.

Deep down, I really hope you were kidding with this question

i feel sorry for blind people, kind of defeats the object of a guide dog doesn't it, and i bet london underground wonder why all the blind people keep falling down escalators.
i wonder what would happen if you own a horse.
i'll stick with my cats they're lighter.
