This might be showing my ignorance, but don't "alcohol" and "kosher" not mix? Like, if you eat kosher, you're not supposed to drink alcohol at all. So, wouldn't making wine kosher be like a moot point?
So, don't worry about the kosherness of the wine if you're getting drunk, because traditionally it is wrong. But, otherwise it's lotsa fun!

Doesn't matter if it is kosher or not although kosher wines tend to be on the too sweet side for me. Any alcoholic beverage will get you drunk if that is your objective.

If your goal is to get drunk on wine .. it can be any kind that you prefer .. kosher or not. Doesn't matter. Good Luck ! :)
