My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

You shouldnt lose more than 2 lbs per week. You should only lose 16 to 18 lbs in 2 months. If you do then you will be losing more than fat, you will start losing muscle mass and dont forget all those organs that keep that keeps a person alive such as heart, liver, gut etc are made of muscles.
Just reduce 500 calories per WEEK and you will lose 2 pounds a week. Some simple ways to do that is if you drink soda everyday, then give it up and you can save some calories. Give up fruit juices, drink water instead.
Reach out for fresh fruit or vegetable instead of cookie or chips. Little things will add to make huge differences.
Besides, you dont want to have baggy skin at the end of 2 months. Skin hangs over the bones, when someone loses too much weight too quickly.

Dear, I just dropped 27 pounds in 4 weeks. Here's how:
1. Eat NO white foods--white flour, potatoes, white rice, etc.
2. Eat only whole grains (this maintains blood sugar levels and helps with hunger prevention)--converted rice, stone-ground whole wheat bread, etc.
3. Make sure you get enough protein. Protein takes longer to digest, so it helps you in preventing hunger.
4. If you crave sweets, choose sugar-free and fat-free treats. I love Blue Bunny SF/FF ice cream (Chocolate Brownie Delight). I also make SF/FF pudding, Jell-O, use Splenda or other sweetner instead of sugar.
5. DO NOT drink regular sodas. Use diet. Diet Sunkist orange is really, really, really good, especially being diet!
6. Avoid salt. Use potassium chloride instead (Morton's light salt).
7. Make sure you eat AT LEAST 3 meals a day (including breakfast!). It's better if you can eat small things throughout the day, but sometimes that is not an option.
8. Make sure you get your daily dairy in. Don't need to worry about bone loss! (I LOVE string cheese sticks as a snack....50 calories, no carbs, loaded with protein!)
9. EXERCISE. I walk about a mile, maybe two a day.
Good luck! It's hard to do, but seriously, the past 4 weeks have been an amazing transition for me.

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

To lose 30lbs in 2 months is a bit to fast and may cause you to become sick. Take it from this nurse, see a nutritionist and a trainer a a good gym and both will help you lose what you need to loss but in a healthy way.

You wouldn't lose that much in that short period of time, even if you went without eating. 2-4 lbs a week is suggested healthy weight loss. You also have to know.. overweight is usually associated with malnutrition.. you may eat too much but not enough of the proper dietary for good nutrition..also have to consider the psychological factors, which may be the main reason for your weight gain.

Its not healthy to loose so much weight so fast, and even if you did, you'd be likely to gain it back just as quickly. The best method is to eat a well-balanced diet that fits your lifestlye (see a dietician) and get a lot of exercise. If you want to burn off the fat, loose about 1-2 pounds a week, that way its the actual fat you're burning, not muscle.

Go out go dancing with your friends. Heck, turn the radio on and dance in the house. If you have a trampoline jump on it for 30 min. every day.
