okay its french, and my friend from canada says it constantly but wont tell me what is means. (and i know it's spelled wrong)

I think it's spoken about someone- like they have that special something. Is it Je ne se quoi?

It's correct writing in french is "je ne sais quoi" and it means I dont know what....

It means 'I don't know what'. As in "he has a certain..I don't know what about him that makes him mysterious".
