Where can I get a tool to update Active Directory details via web?

Question

I know this can be done because I have seen it done at 2 companies but I want to know where I can buy/download something that :-

1) Gives you a web page to go to/login to.
2) It then displays your AD account details (such as address, phone etc)
3) Gives you option to make updates and save thru the web page.
4) Updates are saved to AD and then visible in Outlook etc

I don't use AD myself so I'm no expert! Have a look at the source I have listed which was found by a G**gl* search for 'Active Directory Update'
