Your body needs its daily dose of water. It flushes out toxins and helps the body's natural elimination (perspiration, urination...). Otherwise you could put real stress on your kidneys, get super constipated (yuck!), have headaches, bad breath and generally feel crummy.
Eight glasses is a minimum!
If you can't stomach water alone, try squeezing some lemon into it, or brew it into herbal (caffeine-free) tea and drink it warm or cold.
Another way to get water is to boil up a COVERED pot of vegetables (carrots, onions, potatoes, leeks, garlic, for example) until the veggies are soft. Then STRAIN the juice into a container and TOSS OUT the vegetables. Flavor with a little salt -- if you must. The veggie water is rich in vitamins and minerals and can be drunk warm or cold. It may have a few calories (which water does NOT) but it's very healthy, tasty and helps you meet your water requirement.
Drinking enough water is especially important if you live in a hot climate or do a lot of physical activity. Dehydration is apparently a very unpleasant way to die.

Yes it is, not drinking water, i couldn't even begin to fathom,water is very essential for your body and your skin water keeps you hydrated as well as helping to keep you regular.water makes up 2/3rd of our body and the blood is 83% water while the brain is 74% water it also aids in the removal of toxins taking in every day through the medicines that we take alcohol and just every day abuse water is the purest thing on earth how could you go wrong with it,water and anything else that god put on this magnificent earth like vegetables and fruit those things are usually pretty safe for our consumption that is until they are handled or should i say mishandled by us humans,drink water everyday that's what i order how much well we should all be drinking 4-8 ounce bottles,or 3 -16 fl.oz. Sad to say but yes. One thing that might help is to flavor your water with some either Crystal Light or store brand drink mix. They are really good. I was bad about not drinking water but with these I drink maybe 10 to 12 glasses a day now with these. I hope you can find a way to fix your dilemma.

It's not necessarily bad, but it isn't really good either; I'm no water lover, but you should drink at least a glass a day, because you need to hydrate your body. You can be hospitalized due to dehydration - soda, coffee, gatorade, and even some juices don't cut it.
