This method is by prescription only and is given to boys who are projected to be short in stature. The other is to have the bones in the leg broken and then extended during healing. This method is used to increase height in dwarfs. Obviously the 2nd method is much too extreme in your case, but there are physicians out there who would prescribe growth hormone to just about anyone. However, given that you are already almost 5' 9'', you are actually projected to be on the taller side. You did not mention if you were male or female. If you are female this maybe your maximum height. If you are male, I don't believe that there are any excises that will help you get taller. It is all about of your growth cycle. You get taller, when it is time for you to get taller. No way to change that. It is not like building muscles or gaining or losing weight.
