ok, wow, that didnt make a whole lot of sense. anyway, short history lesson- the jews are descendents of isaac, and claim to be the chosen people of God. the palestinians are descendents of ishmael, and also claim to be the chosen people of God. for anyone who doesn't know, isaac and ishmeal are both the sons of abraham, and are half brothers. both races claim that the land isreal occupies is theirs by bloodright. the conflict has gone on for hundreds of years, and isnt gonna stop anytime soon. now, if i have to chose a side, i side with the jews. why? cause no where in the torah am i referred to as a infidel and the Jews haven't been ordered by God to "wage holy war" on the infidels. and remember, this most recent conflict with isreal and lebanon started because the lebanese army violated the border (one that both governments had agreed on) and kidnapped isreali soldiers. isreal formally, and politely asked for them back, then sought diplomatic means to secure their return. when the lebanese flatly refused, isreal threatened action, and eventuallyit came to that. during the conflict, isreal targetted strategic points, and tried to minimize civilian causilties (which are inevitable in war). lebanon targetted easy targets and did nothing to avoid killing non combatents. great job to the international media for failing to show this though.

Wow what a good question. That conflict seems like it has been going on for ever. I guess there really isn't a good answer. Sometimes one side attacks the other side and then there is retaliation and so on. So far nobody has been able to bring peace to that region. I feel we should ALL live in PEACE!

Lebanon started it, and the Palestinians didn't exist until Israel took Egyptian and Jordanian land, and Saddam killed 2 1/2 million people. So the Arabs started it. It's the Arabs who don't want the Jews to live.

Well, put it this way: if a group of people who claimed to be "chosen ones" came and took over my back yard, claiming it was now THEIR yard and not mine; attacked and killed my children if they dared stray too close or for attempting to gain back my yard; if these "people" then got backing from another group, enabling them to ourgun me and my family, thereby drastically narrowing down my options for trying to get my property back....I would CERTAINLY not be considering THEM as the "good guys"!!!

If the ONLY option left to me was to strap bombs to myself and retaliate that way - then that's what I would do. It would serve them right for giving me NO OTHER OPTIONS!
How can people NOT understand that if you back a wounded animal into a corner, it will go for your throat!!

Shame on israel; shame on the uk; shame on america and shame on all who continue to allow the slaughter of innocents through their apathy and ignorance.

It makes me SICK to call myself a "westerner"...

No, it won't stop. And enable's settle for it: severe Muslims are killing themselves, no longer the US. Terrorism won't stop in any way, shape, or type. the concern is that youthful adult adult males and girls are brainwashed by using grasping and corrupt clerics who choose one concern: power. those clerics bend their followers to their will, and procure the rewards on the same time as their followers die with provides of virgins and heaven. regardless of if the US have been to tug out of each terrorist haven in the international, the terrorists will stick to to our soil. youthful Muslims might desire to realize, that annoyed or no longer, by using persevering with to attack the two fighters and innocents they are furthering their very own suffering. Terrorism needs to stop, and that they'll see their united states of america replace into very reliable and efficient.
