How much weight did you lose, eating only fruit, for about a month or so?

Guaruanteed if you eat just fruit for a month you will lose a lot of body weight but don't binge when its time to get off. Sart eating soups and salads for your first week of cooked foods after fruit diet

I don't think it's healthy... but have considered trying.

I hear if you don't rinse your teeth or brush and mouthwash properly on the diet, your teeth will decay due to the natural-sugar content of fruit. I turned veggie a few months ago and stopped drinking. I eat lots of fruits/grains/beans and have lost weight and now have visible abs!! :).

Great diet, but go easy on the avocado pears if you want to lose weight.

He was thin.

I tried it, too much flatuence for those around me.

special diets are for weaklings best eat less and no snacking.

i did it for a year and it only made me gain weight. my friends tryed too and they also gained.
