To loose weight fast go on a liquid diet. For a girl I would suggest Soy protein for your three meals. Take a nutritional supplement like hydroxycut. And to shed both the water weight and burn calories do your cardio work outs with sweats on underneath your sweatshirt wear a trash bag with wholes for your arms and head. This will cause you to sweat more by trapping the heat your body is giving off. When you increase your internal body temp by 1 degree you burn 5% more calories. So the hotter you get the more you burn.

Lose weight fast... hmmm: Change your diet by reducing excess nutrients in it. Mostly, the diminishing of the amount of carbohydrates could be helpful. Second, have just three meals!! do not eat between meals. Some recommend snacks, but they are basically HIGH FIBERS cracks and other. Third, do not sit or go bed before one or two hours after each meal. Keep in activity. Fourth: Exercise! the sooner, the better. Make it fun! Fifth and last, create a goal. Get to know how much should you wait, and be realistic with time and amount of weight you want to expend.
Hair grow fast: No clue, but remember that when your nutrition is the best, so will be your hair consistency and length, specially proteins. Hair gentle massage and combing are important.

The best question is "how you i get patience?" you can't do think too fast, it won't come out right. take you're time, excersice, eat healthy. Usually if you lose weight fast, you gain it faster.

Gee, I was gonna say to cut off your hair and you'd weigh less, but this seems to be counter to your goals.......

I am GUESSING (but that never stopped anyone else on Yahoo! Answers, did it?), but if you stop eating for quick weight loss, I imagine your hair growth would really slow down. Maybe they are not even related, but it's a thought...

Do a "diabetic diet" and cut the carbs. My wife has gestational diabetes and while shes pregnate has to cut her carb intake. For hair, take flinstone vitamins...2 a day. It will make both your fingernails and hair grow faster.

Excercise and cut the crap food but still eat, you dont want to look like a skeleton but actually a healthy person.


How to make hair grow faster? idk, try some of the hair gaining products for bald men lol.
