I would improve the way people act to one another! If every one would just put a little effort into the attitude they have it would snowball and every ones attitude would be better.

Transportation: We need a resonably priced car that can run on bio-fuels or garbage like in one of the back to the future movies. Put the oil companies in their place.

i want to improve the laws on the high prices of traffic citations that are outrageous and does NOT match the average person income... you have to choose between paying your rent and paying a ticket!!
