According to one attorney there are more than 1500 cases against priests. There is nothing like that in any other religion. That's only in America. It is so bad it may bankrupt some catholic Church's.

Catholic clergy aren't allowed to marry so they have no legitimate means of releasing their pent up sexual frustrations so they take it out on their parishioners. I don't think you will ever be able to get the REAL numbers as the Catholic church has been keeping that information under lock and key for centuries.

A pedophile is a pedophile, doesn't matter his / her religion, nationality or age.
They are everywhere and we need to do all we can to protect our children.
It seems to have been more prevalent in the Catholic Church, why? It's not that their priest can't marry. These people aren't looking for sex from other adults (although this may go on) they are looking for children.
