Well there is a great deal of drama right now there. There is a coup going on. How about watching the news.
My uncle went there and said he was bored to death. People kept trying to take him to prostitutes. He did not want any part of it but the taxi driver would take him in places and he would have to tell them no. I think the get money for bringing business of tourists in. If your BF has the tiniest temptation he will get some action.
There is some good food, but my uncle could not find it. They just gave him piles of partly cooked vegetables. He wanted soup, but could not communicate with them.
I love Thai food, but have only eating it in the USA. I am sure there are tons of other Asian countries that are more interesting like for instance japan.
There are tons of places to go white water rafting in the USA. I do not know where you live, but some of the best is in the Grand Canyon. Some other is in Colorado.
If you do not trust that sucker dump him to the curb you are probably correct.
That is a great place to catch the AIDS virus.

Wondering if your bf got some action while in Thailand? You should be asking him that question, not us.
While there's plenty in Thailand to go for other than the sex trade, it would seem that there are certainly white water rafting opportunities closer to home so I can see why you are questioning his motives.

Its cheap.
Great food.
Great scenery.
Great beaches and islands.
Wonderful mountains with hill tribes, rafting and elephant riding.
Very friendly people.
Extremely safe, even during the coup.
Great shopping with hundreds of bargains.
Great health care.
Easy visas.
Must be one of the best places in the world for a holiday

I wouldn't know as I've never been to Thailand, but I used to know of a couple of very nice girls from there I really liked at one time. Where they are now, God only knows. One of these days I would like to go to Thailand just to see it, that would be an interesting experience.

Oh yeah! Absolutely. It's a gorgeous place, The weather's ace, there's lots to do, and the people are really friendly.

unfortunatly No!!I wont give money to a country/goverment that turns such a blind eye to child prostition!i know a few people that have been there and why not go to see the far east china monglia etc
