Hmm. It doesn't make since to me. Looks like the person is burnt on to many drugs.
I'm Protestant, only Caholics pray for the dead.

I couldn't really understand the language that was written in, so can't give a really specific answer, other than to say that every empirical study of intercessionary prayer has shown it to be a waste of time, and there is no reliable evidence for survival of death nor the existence of any entity to pray to.
So beyond the comfort it may generate as part of the grieving processes, no, not worth it.
If you could provide any of that blog in coherent English, I would be interested to give it another look, as I don't feel I've understood the background to this question.

In the christian bible, the new christians, {before protestant and catholics existed} prayed for the dead and also they were baptised for their dead ancestors.
1Corinthians 15-29-now if there was no resurection, what will those do who are baptised for the dead? If the dead are not raised at all.
If a soul has died the christian can pray for that soul to recieve peace,
Scripture also tells us we can also repent for other christians,
[ this will bring contraversery} on their behalf.1-john-5-16-If anyone sees his brother believer commiting a sin, that does not lead to death, he will pray and God will give him life.
If you are serious about praying for a dead girl. you can ask God to forgive her sins, You can repent on her behalf and seek forgiveness, if that girl was a christian, and you are also.
If not, I believe God is more merciful that we give him credit for and, will answer sincere prayer for her soul.
Christians make a big mistake about judgement. Judgement is NOW, when you first hear about Jesus and what he done for you and either deciding to accept him or reject him.
To quote Jesus own words. John-3-18 he who believes in me will not be judged, he who does not believe in me is already judged and condemned. {par} Read it yourself.
There is going to come a second judgement when all the world has ceased, but for those who have gone through the first judgement there is nothing to fear.
So to pray for a girl who has died is right, the second judgement has not come yet.

My understanding is that once you die you go to stand before Jesus and give explantion for the choices you have made this life.
I am not sure if your prayers would do any good after she has left this life...but I guess it wouldn't hurt anything to try. Prayers can go up for the ones she left behind though! God Bless!

The Bible says that "it is ordained for man to die once, and then the judgement" so I don't think there's much point. You go to God's presence the moment you die...after all you leave the temporal universe we know.

The only prayer is one where you ask God to remember them. They are dead and no longer exist, they cannot hear you.

Since prayer has no point and no effect, whether or not it's 'worth' it is debatable.
