For kids you can make little pizzas. add tomato sauce or spaghetti sauce if you don't have pizza sauce readily available in a jar. Top with parmesean and mozzerella or whatever you have available. You can also just melt ham and cheese over it. You can put cream of chicken soup over it.

Ham 'n' Cheese Biscuit Stacks

I made these for a baby shower last weekend and everyone loved them.

2 tubes refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
3/4 Cup stone-ground mustard, divided
1/2 Cup butter, softened
1/4 Cup chopped green onions
1/4 Cup mayonnaise
1/4 Cup honey
10 thick slices of deli ham
10 slices Swiss cheese
1-1/2 Cups of shredded lettuce


Cut each bisuit in half, forming half circles. Place 2 in. apart on ungresed baking sheets. Spread each with 1/2 teaspon mustard. Bake at 400* for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pans to wire racks to cool.

In a small bowl, combine the butter and onions. In another bowl, combine the mayonnaise, honey, and remaining mustard. Cut each sliee of ham into four rectangles. Cut each slice of cheese into four triangles.

Split each biscuit in half; spread bottom halves with butter mixutre. Layer one ham piece, one cheese piece and 1 tablespoon of lettuce on each biscuit bottom. Spread mustard mixture over biscuit tops; place over lettuce.

I can of cream of mushroom soup
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1/4 cup onion[opt]
1lb ground beef
salt and pepper

Brown ground beef and onion,drain excess fat, place ground beef and onion mixture back in skillet, add cream cheese and soup let simmer for 15-20. When done place biscuits in casserole dish and pour meat mixture over the biscuits bake in oven on 350 for about 15 minutes.

You made biscuits for breakfast??? What a good Momma/wife you are. Wish I lived at your house. What comes to mind is mini pizzas, chicken soup with 'dumplings' , little tea sandwiches with cucumber, cream cheese and chives.

Warm the biscuits and put peanut butter and jelly on them. Or lunchmeat if you have some. Serve them with scrambled eggs, of course warm the biscuits.

make a little sausage gravy or creamed beef and sere over the biscuits or use for a topping on a pot pie...or a stew open a can of stew cut biscuits in half place on top and heat in low oven...
