It like depends on like how much you like eat. Like if you like eat 40 bowls at like each like meal, like you will like not lose like weight. If like you like eat like only like one like bowl like a day, like you will like lose like weight like fast.
By the way, please do not use the word "like" as a filler as it is really annoying.

eating a diet of ONLY rice is not very good for you. it can be very unhealthy. i would say the best way to go is eat what you like...in moderation!! and exercise! yes this may sound useless and repettitve and you've heard it over and over, but it is true! If you stick to healthy foods that you enjoy, that are low in sat fat and carbs, and eat in moderation, and add regular excersise, you will lose weight fast and safely. i think if you eat rice porridge (which im confised about, do you mean congee? what kind f rice porridge?) then you wont feel full and you might eat more than you intend, and as a result, gain some weight. but if you eat a little bit of e=food a few times throughout the day, you will feel fuller without eating too much

Yes and no. Eating more smaller portions a day works because it is constantly giving your body energy throughout the day. It gives your body a constant fuel source so you don't feel tired and restless towards the end of the day. That in turn helps you burn more calories throughout the day. When you eat big meals only two or three or sometimes four times a day your body uses that quick energy and then after that it has nothing for up to eight hours in some cases. So instead of burning good fat (the fat that we hate to look at) your body thinks that you a starving yourself so it takes the other fat. The heathly fat that your body stores. That fat has more engery to burn and lasts longer. The other fat is more of a quick fat and if not used right alway usually gets stored in the "ugly" places. so eating smaller protions hepls the whole cause but you have to be active and be exercising. Exericse, over health and Diet are the three biggest factors to being healthly but your diet most of all.

I dont think this will help. Theres this other very effective plan that i tried too. It gives you the right proportions of all the nutritions you need. Just eat bananas and drink milk for 3 days. You can make milk shake if you like but no sugar. You can take tea if you're too tired of milk. Dont do it for more than three days. You can continue after a one day gap. It doesnt have any negative effects. You'll lose atleast 2 kgs in 3 days. Hope it helps.
Goodluck!

To lose weight all one has to do is burn more calories than one takes in. If you eat just one food, you'll lose the weigh, and the muscle, and end up in the hospital with them shoving all kinds of nasty tasting things down your throat.
Do yourself a favor, avoid the ill health and the expense of a hospital stay and eat healthy foods, just eat less of them and get more exercise. Eat several small meals a day to avoid getting that hungry feeling, and walk or workout a little more.

If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate, and plan your diet carefully. Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx

I'm sure you will lose weight, but the cause for the weight loss would be malnutrition. It's terrible to do things like that to your body, and you can cause permanent damage. You need to change your diet and exercise regimine if you want to see permanent weight loss and health.

Don't try that ... it's what the Japanese gave their POWs and many of them starved to death, or suffered scurvy or rickets.
Vary your diet, eat reasonable portions, and exercise more. That's the ONLY way to lose weight.

Just watch your calories. I did 1200 calories and lost 20 lbs in one month. 10 lbs the next month, and 8 lbs the 3rd. It's not as hard as it seems either. Make sure you eat lots of veggies.
