HI, I'm not a doctor but sadly I do know a lot about self harm! I'm 22.
It's a good thing that you never hurt yourself! Please never try!
I think you should talk to someone, a friend, confide in someone you can trust. Maybe talking about it would do a lot already.
Don't keep it to yourself!
I have that kind of dreams and urges but for a different reason.
All I can say is try to be strong and focus on other things. I can understand that you don't want to see a shrink, just find someone to talk to online maybe, like I sometimes do. Someone you never met before, a stranger, so you feel safer as they can't talk to your family in case you don't want to, that's what I do. It can help!
It can come from different reasons, maybe you've been traumatized by something before those thoughts/urges started, only you can tell.
I wish you good luck ! And please don't keep your feelings inside, talk to a friend or something, and never hurt yourself !

I don't think you have munchausen syndrome. Because if you did, you would WANT people to think something is wrong with you. You would think something is wrong with you, when there is nothing. You already say there is nothing wrong with you. These are just dreams. Nightmares would be a better word. You might have some hidden stress or pressure in your life. Solve it, and the nightmares with goo away.

It's not Munchausen by proxy - that's when you hurt someone else (usually a child) to get attention.
You need to speak to a professional about this. There is a disorder where people cut and otherwise hurt themselves. Talk to your doctor or even your school counselor, but do it soon.

the subsequent time they call you, do no longer %. up the telephone. i be attentive to it sounds harsh, yet you have worked too stressful and are available too far to enable them to pull you down. they are emotionally abusing you and attempting very stressful to make you think you at the instant are not something without them, by using fact they choose you administration you via making you needy. If something, they are people who choose you. it relatively is all a recommendations interest. you're what you think you're. in the event that they are poisoning your ears, shrink them out of your existence, a minimum of in the meanwhile till you're sturdy and have had sufficient counseling. sturdy for you for breaking faraway from that damaging ecosystem and paving an more advantageous way for your self. do no longer backtrack.

im not a doctor, but i know what muchausen syndrome is and it is usually hurting yourself to get attention. i think you need to face what's been lacking in your life -- if it's something that you can never gain back, it's very important that you accept that you will never get it and you need to move on with your life. it looks like you are clinging to something that you think will come back, but in reality it may never will. it could be that you lacked parental figure while growing up and you just want to scream and tell the world that you are hurt and you cannot do this alone.
i think you should speak to an adult who can understand you. speak to him/her what troubles you, what you feel is lacking in your life -- don't expect to get what you want... it's more important that you just plain move on and stop clinging to it.

i'm not a doctor but it appeares you have more control than you think. i realize this is a constant fight for you. sort of like obsessive compulsive personality disorder. when you get these urges try focusing on other things like friends, school or something that makes you happy. good job on the fight that is smart on your behalf. thumbs up for you. good luck and stay safe.
