How about letting your mom live with you? She took care of you, now it's your turn.

You need to contact the "Hospice" center in your area. They should help you in a case as your mom. If not they can guide you to which department can. If she has the worst kind she can not continue to live without constant care 24hour 7 days a week. She eventually willhave or be tied down or be in a special care ward as you wouyld no tbe able to handle her in the latter stages. Most people with dementia (like my mom had) cannot control any thing(bowels, kidneys, eventualy they even forget to breath or will lose all contact that allows them to live.
Sorry, but you have a rough road if you keep her at home. no matter how good yor intentions were.

Good luck.

Contact the United Way for that area. They will either be able to help you or tell you where you can get help.
Good Luck!
