NEWS - Family being prosecuted for rearing "Bonsai" babies!?

A Belgian couple had breed their off-spring whilst restricting and controlling limb growth by coiling the limbs in coat hanger wire - much like one might with a Bonsai Tree... Apparently the children look hilarious...!
