Absolutely not. It was only a start-up document, to be superseded by legislation once the government was up and running. It is too vague to be law. It is more like a non-binding guide, which could also be said about the Declaration of Independence or even the Bible.

The present illegitimate use of the Constitution frustrates progress. Suppose the original patent for the computer had required a Constitution that stated the invention would be used for office purposes. Then e-mail and the Internet would have required a ruling by a Supreme Court, which then might require another unnecessary delay in getting the original charter amended.

no longer anymore. All adult men are not any further created equivalent and with the help of this mistake, we now stay in a society that forces equality upon the finished and praises the incompetence of the botched and weak.

I've sworn an oath to uphold and defend it, so yes I believe in it.

As stretchy as it gets, and as often as it gets folded and bent, it is still the legal foundation that this country was created upon.

I will not play you little video, but since I am in the military and have taken an oath to support and defend it, I do believe in it. The supreme court and ACLU have weakened it, but it is not and will never be broken.

Which parts? The ones that have been amended or changed altogether or the ones that have yet to be tampered with?

Yep.

There are parts that are iffy. But the good thing is the interpretation of those can change with the times.

I'm not playing your video.
