My 15 month old daughter has egg, milk & chicken allergy. so overall i have to cut on all diary products, beef.

I want to what are the alternative food for egg, milk & chicken. bcz of these allergies i think my baby wont get enuf calcium & protiens & it is very essential for her age.
Also my baby is a little picky. so can u suggest me the alternatives for these allergies & also some good recipes.
she is on the lower side on her weight. so i am really concerned abt it. please give some good tips.

Try some vegan products, which are usually made with soy. You may notice that the smell of the products is very different, but, over time your daughter will adjust and she will know what she can and cannot eat. My daughter had a classmate that had similar allergies and her mom made the best glutten, egg, wheat and dairy free cupcakes.

Soy milk still has calcium. Make sure she also gets a chewable or liquid vitamins daily. Also, just because she is allergic to dairy doesn't mean that she is allergic to beef, unless you just don't give her that for other reasons. Give fish, peanut butter and other sources of protein.

Both are good for you, each fruit/vegetable has different vitamins. And so as more variety, as better. Vegetables have generally less sugar than fruits.

Soy. Soy milk and tofu is what you are going to need to get her used to. Do some research on what products you can get in soy. Like do they make a yogurt? You can also look up recipies to make tofu tasty. Try foodnetwork.com.

get her some vitamins and ask your doctor what alternate foods you can get.
