Dear swift angel,
The same thing that makes a person get drunk, or steal, or tell a lie, or hate someone, or commit adultery, etc. It is something that is in ALL of mankind--a sin nature! We are all born into this world as sinners (rebels against God-Jesus Christ). Homosexuality is a sin just like all the sins mentioned in Romans 1. We are spiritually DEAD, dead in sins and trespasses. This sin nature cannot be removed by washing in water or by joining a church or doing "good" works. The only way for this sin nature to be removed is to be born again! Just as in your physical birth you had no choice in the day that you would be born or what hair color you would have, or what gender you would be, or how tall you would be, so it is with being born again. God is the only One that can give life or make one born again.
The sentence for rebelling against God is to spend eternity under the wrath of God in the lake of fire. But the Lord, in His great mercy and grace, has provided a way of escape. In order for one to go to heaven, the person must pay for their sins under the wrath of God or have someone pay the debt for him. The only One that could endure eternity under the wrath of God and come out at the other side is the Lord Jesus Christ. The Lord in His great mercy chose to save some of these rebels and make them His children! These "elect" have had there sins paid for by the Lord and then at Christ's determination, He gives them a new resurrected soul in which they an earnest desire to be obedient to the word of God. This happens when the Lord applies the word of God to them. The Bible says, "So then, faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God." Faith is synonym for Jesus Christ--the only One who is faithful. So then, Christ cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God. If one is not saved, reading the word of God (the Bible) and praying that God will have mercy on you is the best thing to do. This does not promise that you will be saved, but if God intends on saving you it will be in the environment of hearing the word of God.

God made them gay. He is still experimenting with genes and evolution .Of all the species that have existed since the world began 99.9% are extinct so there has been some trial and error going on. God hasn't reached perfection in any of his species just yet except maybe the cock roach which has been around millions of years and hasn't changed to much.

god gave us free will and the ability to love. he didn't state that you can only love certain people. in the bible it says judge not lest you be judged. I'm sure you have done things against your interpretation of the bible but i won't judge you for that.we all have to answer for what we did in life. i think god's true message follows the golden rule. due on to others as you wish to be done on to you. so just live and let live and accept all people no matter if you like there lifestyle or not
