I had a situation that a bus driver was fixing the electric line for the bus. when she was pulling the electric line and backing up. She bump into the side of my car. I didn't think nothing it. I said to her to look and be careful next time. so I left the scene. now she claim that I hit her and ran off.
The detective investigate said that it is a hit and run incident.
So what should I do? would my insurance go up if this get in my record as a hit and run?

Someone ran into me and told his insurance not to pay. I took him to small claims court and he lied on the witness stand. I could prove he was not telling the truth by showing that the damage created could not possibly have occurred the way he described the incident. That is what you must do.

You need to get an attorney - if her claims are justified - if you have no witnesses - and since she went to the police first - you are in hot water - get an attorney NOW and good luck!@
