I will graduate with a degree in engineering, the problem is that I did not do any interships and don't have any work experience. Also my academic performance is not the best.
I would appreciate any advice.

Well, try a public agency. They will take a lot of people that private industry wont. Were you involved in any projects? If so, highlight those during an interview. Were you in any engineering clubs? Thats another thing that can help. Honestly though, you cant expect to get the greatest position or ask for a lot of money with no experiance. Take whatever you can and work hard to move up from there. Good luck

u might want to start pounding the streets for an internship cause i don't see them hiring u any other way. i might give u a 2nd glance if ur grades were way above average, but mediocre grades & no experience = no job. =( sorry.

apply to any possition you are looking for, avaliable or not, apply to a bunch of places at the same time and hope for the best, make sure you keep your resume possitive and professoinal and employers are always inpressed by hand delivered aplications and resumes
