more advice please?

I'm one of those impatient people who just can't wait to find out if they are pregnant. :) I stopped taking my bc pills a few days before August 20th, which was the day that my period started b/c of getting off of the pills. My period didn't even come regular while i was on the pills so i'm pretty sure it won't now. (if i'm not pregnant) We've been trying ever since my period ended. i don't mean extremely irregular, just a week or two difference each month. My question is involving the best time to take a home pregnancy test. Is it about 4 weeks no matter what or does it really matter about what day my period would have started (around the 20th? but could be couple weeks later? Sorry if i'm confusing lol

i had my last period august 20th and i'm still waiting to see if i will get it this month. I will probably try to hold off until around the 20th of this month before i take a test. I hope i am pregnant!

It's really common for ovulation to be delayed a month or two when people come off the pill but you can get pregnant right after coming off the pill.

It really doesn't matter what day your period would've started, if ya had sex during the time you were ovulating, you'll be pregnant.
If you really want to increase your chance of pregnancy, buy an ovulation kit. That will let you know that you're ovulating and if you have sex during that time, voila :-) you'll have your baby.

I'm not sure I completely understand... did you miss your period? Was it very light? I'm an impatient person myself, and as these tests can detect pregnancy very early now, I would like you to take it and tell me if you are. lol! (actually, I would like to know)
