i dont think that its fair you should have a 3 day cool of period, iam in that situation i just got a 2006 used dodge charger and i made a mistake that salesman really got me, the next day i realized that i was not going to be able to afford it and guess what the sales man could care less, now iam stuck with a 30,000.00 car and paying $618.00 a month i havent even given my payment so now iam trying to sell it and its very hard, iam going thru a depression because if i dont pay it i will have to return it to wells fargo, and have a repo in my credit. if you whant to let me know about your ploblem you can e-mail me jhze@hotmail.com , iam in a very bad situation.

Nope. Once you take delivery, the deal is done. It's a commonly held misconception that there is a cooling off period on car sales but no state has such a law.
