The opposite is a MAN! Most men will think nothing is wrong with them even if the tumor is growing out of their head!

There used to be a rumor that the opposite of a hypochondriac is a hyperchondriac - someone who thinks he's never ill !

The opposite I would imagine would be a person who never worries about their health and symptoms that are present.
There are indeed people like that.

someone who refuses to believe that they are sick. I dont think there is a word for it, but hypochondriacs think they have everything and think they are sick all the time, so the oposite would be a person who is sick but is in denial
