If it's your paper, shouldn't you use your own opinion..lol..
I think it's right in certian situations. But there's no in between with this type of thing. So, i'm leading more towards it's right. I think it would be unfortunate for teens who are raped etc.. to have to have the baby at such a young age and be unable to care for them properly. However, If you're opinion is you think it's wrong then I would also agree to certain circumstances. For example: If a irresponsible adult goes out and has sex, doesn't use protection and ends up becoming pregnant, is it right for her to have an abortion just because she screwed up? You would think it would be best if she had the baby then gave it up for adoption. Then again, you have to think for the best interest of the child who may never meet their biological parents their whole life. I confuse myself talking about this lol..Anyway, the real debate is when the baby is techinacally alive. Some say as soon as the baby takes it's first breath out of the womb, while others state it's alive because it has a heart beat while it's still in the womans stomach..who knows lol

this is way to controversial of a question just to answer in a yes or no or right or wrong. I am pro choice. That doesnt mean i think abortion is right, but i think it depends on the circumstances, the person's history, the reason for the abortion....it's never right to take a life, but in the early stages of pregnancy, the fetus is not really a human yet according to medical evidence... it's a woman's right to choose what happens to her body, but some women use abortion as a form of birth control and that is WRONG. But like i said, i'm pro-choice and think that a woman has the right to choose.

Its wrong. Think about it, its taking the life away from an inoccent baby, and thats called murder and thats called sin and the bible says "The wages of sin is death" also it says "For all have sined and fall short of the glory of God and shall be thown into the fire of Hell" but the bible also says "For God so loved the world he gave his only begotten son that whosoever beleives in him shall not perish but have everlast life" sorry.....I got carried away, anyways, its wrong, how would you feel if you were the baby being aborted, if someone doesn't want to have a baby they should just put it up for adoption instead of killing it.

I believe it is murder, which of course is wrong. No one should have the right to kill anyone else. Life begins at the moment of conception, and at that moment all of our DNA that makes us who and what we are is present.

I think that it is ok to have a abortion. When the fetus is aborted it doesnt have a heart beat, so it doesnt have life yet! So ur not aborting a life . NOw if it does have a heart beat then its wrong.

Yes, I believe that abortion is acceptable. A woman should have rights to her own body. However, if she becomes infertile due to an abortion then I don't pity her. Hey, its your paper, shouldn't you be writing on how you feel??

i think one should cross a red line all over abortion, unless haveing the baby puts the mother's health in risk.
if you're doing a paper, i suggest you don't put personal comments on it, just put some quotes from some doctors and the sort.

what do you think? why are you asking other people's opinion on abortion, if your homework requires you to think if it's right or wrong? or maybe you really don't care and you're trying to get a tally on which side you will write on your paper.
you should take this issue seriously, because one day your gf or sister may have to go through something like this and you need to decide for yourself how you will support their decision.

termination of pregnancy is a woman's person right. The wrong or wrong are society or religious concepts. Many who chose to do it, in part, are sad, but they decide its the better decision. If a man gets a woman pregent, he is not chained to her for life. He is given choice.
If there wasnt all the religious pressure, it would be much easier for women to go one with their lives.
