haha no silly, um if you did any work or anything without stretching before doing so, then now when you stretch it hurts cuz your muscles are pulled. i'm in dance so i kno.. be careful though dont do alot of pulling and pushing and serious lifting stuff or you will be sore for days! but to cure that you should just keep stretching it hurts yes but it will get better in a week at the max. but if it still hurts then you should see a doctor. have a nice day :D

The only I can think of a connection would be that you had swallowed the infection from the abscessed tooth.
But more than likely it's not connected - but you doctor could tell you.
Pain let you describe sounds like something I have experienced and it certainly wasn't from any bad teeth. Mind was from a hernia of the stomach and irritation of the flap that is at the entrance of the stomach allowing food to enter and to close to keep it in etc.

i don't think so. it could upset your stomach and cause nausea but that's about it. you probably were to tense in the dentist chair and may have been in a bad position. now you have inflamed a muscle. just relax and gently rub where it is sore. take it easy for a while. smiles

YOU MUST NOT EAT THIS THINGS THIS WILL MAKE YOUR STOMACH HURT!!!
AT THE BREAKFAST YOU HAVE TO EAT A BANANA AN APLE
CORNFLEX (CERIALS) OR A CUP OF MILK. THIS BREAKFAST WILL PROTECT YOU FROM STOMACHACE
AND YOU MUST NOT SLEEP AT 2:00 AT NIGHT OR SOME THING LIKE THAT!!!SLEEP AT 11:00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't think these are connected but it sounds like a pulled muscle in your tummy if this persists see your GP/Physician
