I joke, but no, it seems that the more extreme bible bashers (like the creationists) are all as nutty as a fruitcake.

Oh, but every section here has it's own allottment of lunatics. That's just one of the many interesting and fun things about Y!A. Check out the political section sometime. Religion and politics really bring out the lunacy in some people!

Maybe they feel that those who don't believe will be damned for all eternity. Maybe the more they care the more they want to convert you.... maybe.. just maybe.. a person who seems like a full blown lunatic.. is really the next Mother Teressa... maybe.... or they might just be crazy :3

Anytime you go too far one or the other you get really weird and judgemental. You're right, there are a lot of intolerant, judgemental whackos in that section.
I stear clear of it most times....

Because that's what it takes to be a "believer." You have to be crazy to believe all that nonsense they try to pour into your head. It's amazing that people in our supposedly intelligent modern times would be so stupid as to fall for that stuff.

Because most people are sheep and don't bother taking the time and really studing out the roots and facts of there beliefs.They just listen to some man that sounds good to them.
