Well, if they don't take the bait...and are still hanging around, I have a guaranteed, sure fire way of getting rid of unwanted humans.

Step 1. Invite annoying human to movie and/or dinner.

Step 2: Have annoying human pick YOU up in their car.

Step 3: While on the drive over to wherever you are going, very subtly place an 8 ball of coke under the passenger seat. ( Make sure your to wipe off the fingerprints first with your shirt, then place the vial under the seat by holding it BETWEEN your knuckles. )

Step 4: Enjoy dinner or the movie.

Step 5: After annoying human drops you off, go to payphone ( so this can not be traced ) and place an anonymous call to the police telling them you just bought coke from a person & give them the make, model and color of the car.

Step 6: Enjoy the quiet for the next 5 - 10 years.

I had the same problem... I dodged phone calls, didn't answer e-mails, but the "busier" I got, the more e-cards and presents she kept sending me, saying what a true and loyal friend I was. She was acting really desperate. I told her all the presents were making me uncomfortable, but she really didn't respect my feelings about that, either. I felt really bad, but looking back on it, she was being quite manipulative.

I ended up planning a mini-vacation with a couple of other girls, one of whom she absolutely hated, and I suggested she hook up with us along the way. She never talked to me again.

So, my suggestion is do something like that. Dodge e-mails and phone calls, tell her directly that she's making you uncomfortable, and if all that fails, try hanging out with people she doesn't like.

Try avoiding them, but remember, if you shake them off too hard, you might just miss them after a while. So try to be as nice about it as possible, just have a really busy life for a little while, and they'll probably find someone else to hang out with.

Stop going to places where you can see him.... Dock his calls. Lay low for a while... Grow apart from eachother.. It is less mean than hurting his feelings.
