There r plenty of people w/ disability income who own property. There r guide lines in which u have to adhere to when purchasing property. You are only allowed to have a certain amount of money in ur bank account and ur assets pertaining to property and cannot be more than what is specified. There is a web site that u can check out to get more detailed information.

In Canada, yes. I know people personally who do. For specifics, ask your worker. Once on disability, there are limits to how much your assets can be worth, so check with them before you buy.

I am unable to obtain a car loan or mortgage due to my disability. They say its not "guaranteed" income and can be withdrawn/terminated at any time.

You can do as you wish with your money. It's to support you and if you can fit a car into the lifestyle then go for it.
