There are several provinces in Iran and several races are living here.We have Kurds,Turks,Lors,Mazanies,Gilaks,Arabs,etc.
Most of Arabs live in Khuzestan Province.
Mazanies are the people who live in Mazandaran Province at the south coast of Caspian Sea where the other race,Gilaks,live too(Gilan Province is located at the south coast of Caspian Sea too.)
The majority of Kurdish people live at west and some at the North-West of Iran.
There are 3 Turkish provinces at the north-west of Iran:East Azarbayjan,West Azarbayjan and Ardebil.They all speak Turkish. However The Official Language of Iran is Persian(Farsi) but These Races all around Iran,Has their own Language or Accent that they speak it(Not Write).They have some Common Names for their Sons and Daughters in Their Language.
MAVI is one of those names which is for females.It means BLUE and it's not a Persian word,It'sTurkish.
Sorry to answer so long.I must first give you some Information and backgrounds about Iranian Races in Brief.

Mavaei dosent mean in persian i think its turkish and if its so means Blue
