It was appointed to man to live for eternity in peace and prosperity but then he sinned and as such was doomed to die as was promised as the result of any sin. So the point in death is to show that when you sin, you die, you cut yourself off from the life giver. Our purpose was to live in peace and harmony and be able to be with our Maker so we would both be happy and content. Theories are just that, theories or things that are supposed but not able to be proven so I don't get upset with all that or even think of it. Why waste the time on it?
