Greenwich mean time?

For some reason, I can't get my head around GMT. I'm in Hong Kong. A person told me by email to get in touch with them 4am GMT. They are in india. What time is that in Hong Kong??

GMT never changes, no matter where you are on the globe. Lots of people, including companies use this method of synchronizing. If you can, call an operator and ask him/her what the GMT is. If you have dual settings on your watch, set one of the settings to the GMT. Good luck with it.
