baby girl, now you know how it feels when we get rejected. don't worry. the worst thing could happened is he says no. no big deal. before you actually ask the question, get to know the basic: is he interest in you, is he taken, are you interested in him. then ask for a friendly outing, like a movie or go to a coffee shop. if he has a special interest like rock climbing. then ask if you could go with him. it's a half-step-date but you'll get to know him.

Honey, I am so sorry you feel this way. I understand that because I have been there. But one rejection isn't the end of the world. It simply meant that he wasn't interested in you in the way that you are with him. It happens every day and it doesn't mean anything bad about you at all. Sometimes we are attracted to people and they feel the same way, and sometimes they don't. Sometimes people are attracted to us and we feel the same way, or we don't.
To get past your fears of rejection, you just have to try again and move forward. It's hard to do and scary, but if you don't take the chance again, you won't ever know what the answer would have been. You may get a yes!
Believe in yourself and know that you are of value and are worthy in this life. Don't hang onto insecurity and self doubt because it does affect your whole life. Love yourself and believe in you, because in life anything is possible if we let ourselves try. We may fail again, or maybe we won't. But if you don't do it, you won't ever know, you know? Put your best foot forward and take a risk!
Good luck!!!

welcoem to fear factor. We all feel this and we al lhave ot deal with it.Either you face it or you let it control you.You either grab life by the horns andride it or it rides you right into the ground and you stay and hide there. So I say grab hold ofthe horns ,and ride and have fun.
You only get one shot at life , so you might as well have a blast doing it !
Ask the guy out and see what happens.

if you are afraid to ask him out how will you know if he likes you. what if he does like you but is too shy to show it or say it.just go for it, maybe he will say yes, but if he says no dont worry about it there's plenty of other guys that will love to go out with you.
