2. Law of Agency
3. Law of Contracts

plus one course in either:
4. Estate: Law; Finance; Management; Appraisal; Marketing; Math; Brokerage; Investments; Property Mangagement

plus four more courses in:
5-8. a variety of supporting real estate areas

this is actually eight prerequiste courses for a Texas Real Estate License plus an examination.
